In order to place an order at XYZ Books website, you will need to select the products you want to buy as well as insert your personal and payment information.

Thereafter, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, being now official that XYZ Books accepted your order. After the acceptance of the order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order is on your way.

XYZ Books is now obliged to deliver the products listed in the order confirmation, fully demarcating of any product that may have been part of the placed order but was not billed, and therefore your payment will be returned.

When you place an order through www.artbooks.xyz, make sure that you are eligible to make a purchase as a “consumer” (an individual purchasing products outside the course of his or her business) that is at least 18 years old.

Ideally XYZ Books website only contains products that we have in stock and that are published on www.artbooks.xyz, however please take into consideration that XYZ Books products are limited editions. It may happen that a last unit product purchased online is also purchased on our physical shop at the same time. To avoid this kind of situation we try to keep the online stock information always updated. Also, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

The prices displayed at www.artbooks.xyz include the statutory Value Added Taxes for your country. If you are from outside the European Union, please consider that Custom Duties may apply. Prices on the shop page do not include shipping costs, which vary depending on delivery country and choice of delivery, which may vary from standard to express delivery service.

Regarding cancellations on subscriptions for XYZ Books workshops, we will only refund subscriptions if we are notified until 7 days before the event, excluding the commission costs involved on your online payment. Please take into consideration that other cancellations and no-shows will also not be entitled for replacement workshops on other dates.
